Refund policy

  • Thank you for shopping with CT Urban Grind. We want you to enjoy every purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, our return policy is designed to be fair, simple, and compliant with South African consumer law.

    1. RETURNS

    You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item, provided the item:

    • Is unused

    • Is in the same condition in which it was delivered

    • Has all original packaging and tags intact

    • Has not been worn, washed, or damaged

    All return requests must be submitted through our Contact Us page.

    2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

    The following items cannot be returned:

    • Items that show signs of use

    • Intimate or hygiene-sensitive items

    • Sale or clearance items

    3. REFUNDS

    Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    Approved refunds are processed to your original method of payment. Please allow standard bank processing times.

    Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product was defective or incorrect.

    4. EXCHANGES

    If you need a different size or colour, you may request an exchange (subject to stock availability) via our Contact Us page.

    5. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

    If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery through our Contact Us page. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

    6. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

    Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless:

    • The incorrect item was delivered

    • The item arrived damaged or defective
